I det m\u00f8de sker der en form for overs\u00e6ttelsesakt mellem teori og praksis. Det er underviserens der har ansvaret for hvordan det forl\u00f8ber og tr\u00e6ningen i relationskompetence som fagkompetance for mig det vigtigste redskab man overhovedet har som underviser og facilitator.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg er optaget af l\u00e6ring som begreb.\u00a0 Af hvad det vil sige at l\u00e6re og jeg er optaget af \u00a0kreative processer og hvordan disse kan faciliteres og udfoldes.
